Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management

Location: Fife and Edinburgh

£35,000 - £41,000 per annum + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled electrical engineer to join our team in Fife and Edinburgh. As a facilities management specialist, you will work on a variety of building services equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in electrical installation, experience in facilities management, and a valid driving license. You will be responsible for conducting planned preventive maintenance, responding to reactive tasks, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance tasks
  • Work on a variety of building services equipment, including TMV's and FCU's
  • Maintain accurate records and report any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in electrical installation (Level 3 desirable)
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • Valid driving license
