Job Summary
AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Specialist Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering a safe, secure, and compliant workplace environment across our regulated estates.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in facility management, health and safety, and relevant qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH. They will also possess excellent communication, presentational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority-changing environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £47,180 per annum, which is competitive considering the location between Reading and Basingstoke. About the Role
As a Senior Facility Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of facilities, ensuring maximum availability every day. You will act as the key interface between the facilities team, projects, residents, and other business functions/stakeholders, managing relationships with suppliers and partners to deliver safety and compliance aspects in accordance with SLA's and KPI's.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance, which will be funded by AWE Plc. You must be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
