About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Belfast. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, providing technical support, and mentoring other Electrical Engineers. You will also be instrumental in developing the skills and capabilities of the electrical team, including supervising and training junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multidisciplinary projects, including electrical design, installation, and commissioning
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and best practices
  • Supervise and train junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical design and project management
  • Proficient in CAD software, preferably with Revit experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
