Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor will work as part of the Commercial Team, surveying activities on a number of standard developments throughout the West Midlands region. This role is based at our regional head office in Tamworth, with some travel required to other locations within the region.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Surveying and monitoring construction activities on site
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing effective surveying strategies to meet business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key requirements include:

  • Professional qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housebuilding industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
