Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively managing customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure orders are processed within relevant timeframes.
- Handle customer queries and provide high-level customer service.
- Engage with customers through monthly outbound telephone campaigns to gain Voice of Customer feedback and promote our products.
- Support the Team Leader as required, including preparing quotations and supporting account credit and debit administration.
- Use computerized systems to process customer orders, check inventory, and respond to customer issues.
- Maintain telephone contact with customers, external sales teams, and transport companies to ensure timely communication flow.
- Respond to customer enquiries relating to stock, pricing, and discount, and provide 1st level technical support where possible.
- Conduct outbound telephone activity to promote sales, including inactive accounts and Buying Groups under promotion.
- Provide the external sales team with information relating to quotations, customer accounts, etc.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce or Infor.
- Good telephone manner.
- Office Administration.
- Computer literate - intermediate level or above in Word and Excel.
