The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to drive forward organisational effectiveness, including:

  • Building longer-term resource and talent management planning, reviewing employee engagement and people capabilities
  • Being an innovator of Change, effectively advising senior managers and enabling the execution of successful business plans
  • Ensuring the design, development, and delivery of people initiatives align with business insights and needs

To be successful, we are looking for:

  • A strategic HR business partner with a background working within large matrix organisations and adept at transformational change
  • Sound experience of workforce planning, talent management, driving high performance, and delivering results
  • Fostering strong relationships with senior management and developing business strategies
  • Demonstrating drive and resilience
  • Minimum Level 7 CIPD qualified
  • Union experience would be desirable
