We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registration and Ceremonies Officer to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality registration and ceremonies services to our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all registration and ceremonies services are delivered to a high standard.
- Representing the council at events and ceremonies, including weddings, citizenship ceremonies, and other public events.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, including birth, death, and marriage certificates.
- Working closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
