Key Responsibilities:

The Omni-channel Sales Leader will be responsible for driving conversion rate and revenue growth across digital channels at Screwfix.

  • Develop and execute digital trading strategies to drive online sales and enhance e-commerce platform performance.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and trade planning teams to translate customer plans into omni-channel trading strategies.
  • Review and evaluate category performance, making recommendations to drive conversion rate increases and optimum customer experiences.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, campaign, and CRM teams to ensure product selection for digital communications is effective and optimized.
  • Lead and mentor a Digital Trader, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and data-driven skills, with competence in Oracle Reporting/Power BI. They will be able to work flexibly, enthusiastically, and motivated towards targets in a deadline-driven environment.
