We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Development Specialist to join our supportive team in Maldon. As an experienced practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth through engaging activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that cater to early child development needs.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, tailoring learning experiences to individual requirements.
  • Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for young learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents about each child's development.
