Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reception Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. About the Role:
As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum. You will foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development. Your role will involve providing individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities, collaborating with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies, and assessing and monitoring students' progress. You will also maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behavior, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a Bachelors degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent. You should have indepth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills are essential, along with flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
