Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food service environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Additional Responsibilities:
- To attend all location meetings as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
