Financial Administrator

Xenon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their main office in Medway. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Sage Line 50 and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Entering supplier and customer bank payments
* Preparing and executing weekly supplier's payments list and making payment
* Preparing wages for subcontractors, against signing in sheets and Gate times, calculating hours, ready for final checks and signing off by Directors
* Reconciliation suppliers, customers, and subcontractors accounts
* Dealing with subcontractor's queries regarding their invoices, preparing and sending CIS monthly Statements
* Printing management accounts report, projects costing, suppliers' activity
**Requirements:**
* Recent experience in a similar role accounts assistant or bookkeeping position, preferably within the construction industry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
