IFA Admin Job Description

The role is based in Chatham with a highly respected IFA Wealth Manager.

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated, well-organised candidate with good IT skills to develop their career in a fast-growing financial advice firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business and submit to Business quality, utilising external and internal systems
  • Gather and correlate plan/policy information, produce valuations and ensure a smooth and timely business process
  • Liaise with product providers and utilise their online systems to gather valuations etc
  • Maintain client records, process annual reviews reports and new business processing using back-office system
  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products including individual and employer pension knowledge, investments and protection products
  • Provide general administration and client servicing support as needed
