Job Title: CCTV Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Systems Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a CCTV Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems, including CCTV, Intruder alarms, and Access control Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure security systems, including CCTV, Intruder alarms, and Access control Systems.
  • Proficient in the setup and operation of Axis cameras and Risco Intruder Alarms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security systems and network hardware.
  • Configure and manage Network switches and WIFI Units, with a strong foundation in Cisco and HP systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in security technology and networking protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installing and maintaining security systems, including CCTV, Intruder alarms, and Access control Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Axis cameras and Risco Intruder Alarms is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco and HP Network switches and WIFI Units.
  • Familiarity with various types of End user IT hardware.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • UK Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
