Job Title: Digital Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at ACCA. As a Digital Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our digital analytics strategy, providing insights on the effectiveness of digital channels, customer behaviors, and product impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Analytics Lead in delivering the measurement strategy by generating key insights, monitoring performance, and effectiveness of our digital activity, enabling optimization and driving further efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing, sharing trend-based analysis, early warning indicators, and opportunities on campaign effectiveness, as well as helping to develop forecasts that reflect trends, campaign activity, and in-campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Centre of Excellence Team to deliver data requirements through the implementation of a data layer and Adobe Launch tags.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders around the business to support optimization of the different journeys, sub-domains in the digital ACCA estate.
  • Collaborate across the wider Strategy team to drive integrated thinking and insight-driven strategy development and decision-making.
  • Identify patterns in customer behaviors, contributing to personalization strategy for targeted offerings across the customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Proven multi-year hands-on experience working in Adobe Analytics.
  • With a track record of delivering insight-driven web analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling capability.
  • Understanding of tag management tools (Adobe Launch) and the full web analytics E2E.
  • Understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, database management, and APIs.
  • Understanding of technical terminology and concepts with regards to information and data management, including data layers, BI, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in an agile way to observe, learn, and contribute to thinking.
  • Determined individual with a resilient nature driven to achieve success by working with others.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in the education/learning environment.
  • Knowledge of other key ACCA technologies, e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform.
