We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Aquent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing pre- and post-sale campaign execution, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional service.

This is a 6-month contract role, and we estimate the salary to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Delivery Performance: Oversee ad campaign delivery performance and implement optimization tactics as needed.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
  3. Client Support: Provide clients with performance updates and comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports.
  4. Media Planning: Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses, focusing on campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in account management, coordination, or sales planning within the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising. You should also be proficient in English and Italian languages, and have familiarity with sales operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
