We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Claims Handler to join our established Glasgow team. As a Trainee Claims Handler, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and evaluating complex claims, reserve calculations, and settlement values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate complex claims to determine liability and potential losses
- Conduct reserve calculations and settlement value assessments
- Identify complaints and recognize customer expressions of dissatisfaction
- Maintain key client relationships with regard to specific customers and accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a claims-handling environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
