Residences Concierge Assistant

The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residences Concierge Assistant to join our Residences Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with obtaining services related to their apartments, including but not limited to, maintenance requests, package delivery, and special requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Residences Team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed resident expectations.
  • Park cars and provide other transportation-related services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or residential environments.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with confident communication skills.
  • Computer literate, with problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • UK driving license and experience driving luxury cars.
