Resuscitation Team Manager Job Description

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a skilled and motivated Resuscitation Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Resuscitation training team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training plans, coordinating the team's efforts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resuscitation training across the trust geography.

You will work closely with Clinical Directors, Heads of Nursing, and Matrons to develop and implement strategies for improving resuscitation services. Your expertise in managing teams and implementing national initiatives will be essential in achieving these goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Current NMC, ODP, or Paramedic registration
- Resuscitation Council UK Advanced Life Support instructor qualifications
- Leadership, coaching, or mentorship qualifications
- Experience in conducting audit and analysing complex data
- Ability to travel freely between sites and attend regional meetings

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality resuscitation training.
