About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Director to lead our central pricing function and drive strategic pricing improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Pricing Strategy: Identify and communicate key pricing strategies, themes, and initiatives to support the company's pricing ambition.
  • Build and Lead Pricing Team: Determine the required pricing team to deliver the company's long-term pricing ambitions and manage and develop the team.
  • Drive High-Impact Projects: Identify and lead high-impact projects working closely with stakeholders to achieve desired impact and outcomes.
  • Build Pricing Capability: Build the infrastructure and processes to strengthen the company's pricing muscle, including sharing best practices, gathering market intelligence, and recommending systems and tools.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret pricing data and provide regular reports and insights on pricing performance.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and report on progress vs. the company's pricing ambitions and run regular pricing steer committees to keep leadership informed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing pricing strategies in a B2B software environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top university, with a strong academic background. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent project management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, strategic thinking, and ability to work at pace.
