Ashville College Digital Marketing Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Ashville College. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive engagement and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a structured digital marketing plan to increase online traffic and generate leads for student recruitment
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to contribute to and execute the College's digital strategy
  • Take ownership of the content management for the College website and external listings, ensuring information is current, optimised, and effectively drives traffic
  • Lead social media strategy, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and delivers measurable results in terms of reach and engagement
  • Analyse digital performance metrics to refine and maximise the impact of online campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
