Job Title: Econometrician - Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead Econometrician with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) expertise from a media agency or consultancy. As a key member of our Econometrics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing intelligence solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain econometric models for various brands and markets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality results
  • Support the management team in building a best-in-class internal MMM team
  • Drive marketing efficiency and improvements through optimisation and scenario planning
  • Participate in building and maintaining marketing optimisation tools and interactive dashboards
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience in a media agency or consultancy, or in-house from a relevant industry
  • Strong background in Python or R, SQL, and Excel, with experience in data processing and analysis
  • Leadership experience in econometric projects, with a track record of mentoring junior team members
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with a strong understanding of the media planning and buying landscape
