Job Title: Econometrician - Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead Econometrician with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) expertise from a media agency or consultancy. As a key member of our Econometrics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing intelligence solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain econometric models for various brands and markets, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Lead the development of our next-generation Market Mix Modelling solution, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Support the management team in cultivating a positive culture and environment for first-class econometrics, team growth, and development.
  • Participate in building and maintaining marketing optimisation tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience in Market Mix Modelling from a media agency or consultancy, or in-house from a relevant industry.
  • Strong expertise in Python, R, and SQL, with advanced Excel skills for modelling, data processing, and post-processing analysis.
  • Experience in leading econometric projects, mentoring junior team members, and managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with a working understanding of the media planning and buying landscape.
