We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Riverside Inn. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop your team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision for the pub.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
