We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Riverside Inn. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in creating and delivering a vision for the team
  • Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
