Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Science Lead to join our team at Lonza. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of Biacore/Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) methods. This role involves planning and executing complex experiments, supporting junior colleagues, and working closely with customers to resolve technical issues.

Main Responsibilities
- Plan and direct the work of others in a team environment
- Competently lead multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement technical and operational improvement projects
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and plan experimental work that meets expectations

Qualifications and Skills
- Highly experienced in Analytical Development
- Proficient in techniques such as Biacore/SPR, ELISA/plate-based methods, and cell-based methods
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, CMC, and DOE/AQbD principles

Benefits
