About the Role
- Provide personal care to individuals with complex conditions, including tracheostomy, oral suctioning, oxygen therapy, nebulizer, and NG tube management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
