The ideal candidate will have experience in challenging behaviour and administration of medication. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £13-£13.92 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including access to online training and classroom development, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include providing personalised support to clients with complex care needs, which may involve taking them to medical appointments, helping with daily activities, and administering medication as required. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and their families, communicating effectively, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have experience in challenging behaviour and administration of medication. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and UK registration are also required.
