Job Title: Weekend Key Holder
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Weekend Key Holder to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in O2 Icon Outlet, London. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the management team, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist the management team with daily tasks, store duties, and visual merchandising.
- Motivate and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to ensure they meet KPIs and develop their skills.
- Ensure strong visual standards across the store, including stockroom organization and delivery management.
- Take on additional responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
Requirements:
