**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the development of client training programs.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate and update training content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training packages and proposals.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of client training programs.
- Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on industry standards and job requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified to deliver First Aid.
- Qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid.
- Desirable: Creation of online content and online training delivery.
Working Hours and Location:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with the location being Speke.
