Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profit.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service, sales, and profit management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
