The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cocktail Bartender to join our team at The Owl & Monkey, our beautiful resident cocktail bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents and members, creating memorable moments through drinks and personalized guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative beverage creations that showcase your mixology skills and passion for sustainability.
  • Provide exceptional service to residents and members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our bar.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in our beverage offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to enhance our beverage program.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment, with a strong background in mixology and cocktail creations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents and members in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, with a desire to learn and develop with our team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy.
