Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Steak and Company, you will craft delicious cocktails, provide exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock rotation
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol laws
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience as a Bartender or mixologist in a high-volume bar
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- £14.94 hourly starting salary and a raise to £15.94 after probation- inclusive of tronc
