Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the manager and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery, ensuring a smooth operation and high-quality products
  • Engage with customers, providing a welcoming and satisfying experience
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and other tasks as required

Requirements

We are looking for a team player with experience in a retail or hospitality environment. If you have team leader experience, that's great, but we also welcome applications from those with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we require candidates to be available during these hours. However, we are flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
