We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Compliance Specialist to join our team at APL Logistics.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position in our Human Resources department, and the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on results.

The main responsibilities of this role will include assisting in projects that streamline and enhance our systems functionality, gathering new requests and operational needs, and supporting data migration projects.

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for executing and rolling out HR systems as per project plans, recording the impact of changes made to HR processes and systems with stakeholders, and preparing monthly reports on HR metrics to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to keep abreast of local and global HR trends and developments to provide further benchmarking insights on data analysis outcomes.

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for analysing and recommending enhancements to the organisation's HR practices, taking into consideration the business context and operating environment.

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist will work closely with local HR to ensure all employee information is maintained timely and accurately and will work with HR IT to ensure data security and privacy.
