About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, security, and efficiency of our endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the health and security of endpoint devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Administer endpoint operating systems and ensure they are up-to-date
  • Implement and enforce security practices and tools to fortify devices against potential threats
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve endpoint-related issues
Requirements
  • Robust technical background in IT endpoint management
  • Proven experience in 2nd or 3rd technical support
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar qualification
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
