Our client is recruiting for a seasoned professional to manage their heavy maintenance operations. The successful candidate will lead the team responsible for ensuring timely delivery of heavy maintenance projects while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  3. Coordinating project planning and resource allocation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering and have relevant experience in heavy maintenance operations, including project management and commercial delivery.

The expected salary for this position is approximately £85,000-£110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
