About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Investment Planning & Commercial team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial activity across planned investment programmes in the South East, South Central, and South West regions. The role involves monitoring expenditure, including cash flow forecasts, financial statements, calculation of monthly payments and accruals, preparation of interim and final accounts, and associated commercial performance information.

In this position, you will provide excellent customer service by working with internal and external stakeholders, including external delivery partners, suppliers, and consultants. You will also collaborate with our Investment Planning, Commercial, Planned Investment Delivery & Support Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial activity across planned investment programmes.
  • Monitor expenditure and prepare financial reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial/financial track record in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in cost management, framework contracts, and commercial contract management.
  • Ability to develop and prepare performance reports.

Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
