Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. This exciting opportunity involves working on various projects, including climate adaptation and infrastructure initiatives, where you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
