About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Corporate Functions, you will play a critical role in driving operational effectiveness and strategic growth across our product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate ServiceNow training offerings, working with vendors to create and promote training opportunities, ensuring effective use of training resources.
  • Course Administration: Administer courses with participants and vendors, resolving issues, monitoring training availability, and reporting status.
  • Product Synergies: Create synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Collect key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Metrics Analysis: Calculate metrics for portfolio management operations and analyze data for areas of opportunity.
  • Change Initiatives: Develop change initiative materials and change timelines.
  • Product-Level Collection Strategy: Assist in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Training Coordination Experience: Experience or equivalent expertise in training coordination, program management, or performance optimization.
  • Operational Effectiveness: Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Product Development Life Cycle: Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Training Plan Development: Ability to create recommended training plans for roles within the platform, understanding each persona's unique needs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in written formats to management of all levels.
  • Teamwork: Works with a team mentality, understanding that working together to achieve a goal drives greater diversity of thought and a stronger solution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • JIRA Align Experience: Experience using JIRA Align to aid product areas to manage their roadmap, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • ServiceNow Platform Experience: Ideally but not essential some experience with the ServiceNow Platform as either an end user or analyst.
