**Job Title:** Cleaning Supervisor - Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our Cleaning Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of cleaners to ensure that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the expected standards.
  • Train and mentor new and existing cleaners on the company's cleaning standards, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Schedule and assign work to team members, ensuring that all areas are adequately covered and completed on time.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the expected standards and address any issues or concerns immediately.
  • Monitor and track attendance and work performance of team members.
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Use technology apps to record audits and spot checks.
  • Support with team clocking in and out.
  • Maintain the highest cleaning standards.
  • Manage sickness and holiday covers.
  • Support the contract and assistant managers.
