About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate individual to support our nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to our young children. As a Bank Early Years Practitioner, you'll be responsible for engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
  • Maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and colleagues
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
