About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrator to join our team at Beach House, a service providing high support housing to individuals with enduring mental health backgrounds.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills, be able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role involves a variety of tasks, with a line of support available but also the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, professionals, and other agencies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans
  • Monitor and report on service user progress
Requirements

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and professional individual who is highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support a service with regard to administrative work.

Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable, as well as excellent time management skills to manage a varied workload.
