Gastroenterology Consultant

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic department. As part of our service expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient provision of Gastroenterology and Hepatology services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in Gastroenterology and Hepatology
- Participate in the Gastroenterology Consultant on call, including out-of-hours GI bleed on call
- Support delivery of weekend endoscopy lists as necessary
- Develop and maintain a forward-thinking service in Gastroenterology and Hepatology
Our Gastroenterology department is a leading provider of high-quality care in the region. We have a state-of-the-art JAG-approved endoscopy suite, equipped with the latest technology, including 8 endoscopy rooms, a seminar room, and a video processor system for ERCP. We also offer a range of specialized services, including endoscopic ultrasound, small bowel capsule endoscopy, and single balloon enteroscopy.
