About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Planner to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Commissioning Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SAP Master Data, including plant hierarchy, equipment, and material master data.
  • Conduct plant walkdowns and visits to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Load data into SAP via Winshuttle, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, maintenance, and procurement teams to identify spares for critical assets.
  • Develop and load Bill of Materials (BOMs) into SAP, enabling ordering and replenishment of parts.
  • Create, maintain, and delete plans as per project requirements.
  • Raise preventative maintenance requests (PMRs) in line with discipline engineering requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures for obtaining new maintenance plan numbers.
  • Set plans live after PMR and COM-T01 approval.
  • Create and update ArcGIS maps and related databases to enable departmental works information.
  • Liaise with projects to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Identify missing assets and liaise with engineering to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and modify maintenance plans and BOMs in SAP as required.
  • Liaise with Group IT to improve asset data and standards within SAP.
  • Write and update procedures as necessary.
  • Allocate maintenance plans, PMRs, Winshuttle sheets, ArcGIS maps, maintenance instructions, and BOMs.
  • Ensure operational and maintenance manuals are listed and recorded in Documentum.
  • Identify critical spares.
Requirements
  • HNC Engineering (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP Asset Management and Maintenance Planning modules.
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS and Winshuttle.
  • Understanding of technical data, including O&Ms, drawings, and P&IDs.
