Senior Lifting Equipment Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer looking for a new challenge in the field of lifting equipment and crane maintenance? We are seeking a skilled Professional Engineer Surveyor to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and certifying cranes and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with current regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and certify cranes and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with current regulatory and statutory requirements
- Maintain and repair lifting equipment and cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients
- Level 4 qualification in a mechanical-based subject (e.g., HNC and above)
- Hands-on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, or servicing any lifting equipment or cranes
- UK driving license
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of lifting equipment and crane maintenance
- Minimum £55,000 training investment in you for the first 12 months
- Up to 12-16 weeks modular training program with a blend of classroom and practical learning
- Support with professional membership, including renewal fees paid
