Job Summary
MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Delivery Lead to join our team on our South West Water framework. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategic and Management Role
As Digital Delivery Lead, you will work closely with our regional leads to develop and implement a digital delivery strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives. You will be responsible for energizing the adoption of digital technologies and processes across the region, and for ensuring that our digital delivery toolbox is mature and effective.
2. Regional Rehearsal Role
You will work closely with our national rehearsal lead to develop a regional rehearsal strategy that covers the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into our regional delivery processes. You will be responsible for identifying regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver, and run rehearsals for their programmes of work.
3. Collaboration Platform Role
You will support the development, implementation, and execution of the strategy to fully adopt the use of BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery. You will become a community champion for BIM 360 Field, supporting, capturing production control metrics, and helping roll out training across the framework building a catalogue of support material and learning academy.
4. Digital Implementation and Support Specialist
As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will provide momentum in the adoption of the right tools at the right time, ensuring maximum efficiencies are gained from the tools and managing system issues on a proactive basis. You will continuously look for synergies in regional processes and system functionality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital technologies and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and will have a proven track record of driving change and innovation in a business setting.
