New Homes Sales Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Exeter, Devon. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth on a high-volume scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry to exchange and completion
* Provide expert advice on the sales journey and progress sales
* Ensure the sales suite is presentable and welcoming
* Meet and greet customers on site

**Requirements**

* Proven new homes sales experience in housebuilding
* Strong sales drive and self-motivation
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
