New Homes Sales Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Exeter, Devon. As a 5* developer, they are looking for a sales professional to deliver their high-quality product on a busy sales and marketing suite.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry to exchange and completion
* Meet and greet customers on site, dealing with incoming sales enquiries and advising on the sales journey
* Ensure the sales suite is presentable and maintain a 5* customer experience

**Requirements**

* Proven new homes sales experience in housebuilding
* Strong sales drive and self-motivation to convert leads into sales
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as days off

**What We Offer**

* Competitive basic salary of £30,000 plus £45,000 OTE
