Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in a Sales Operations role. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Review and process new orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining a high level of order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Commercial, to resolve customer inquiries and issues, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Manage open orders and delivery status updates to customers, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Update customer portals with delivery commitments and ensure accurate information, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Work closely with the Demand team to ensure Sales Order ship by dates are aligned with job profiles, and maximize On Time in Full (OTIF) performance.
  • Ensure Planning and Production Lead times are respected through Launch & Completion Adherence, and maintain a high level of production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to resolve manufacturing order delays due to raw material shortages, and ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
